I worked with Andrew from November 2017 to June 2018. He helped me to focus on specific goals, and imparted techniques to maintain focus that included centering meditation practices and assigning tasks to work on outside our meetings. He asked concise questions about what I wanted to achieve and helped develop a strategy that included focusing on what I was hoping to get out of the goals I set. Andrew also pointed out that focusing on oneself is not a selfish act, but important to self-awareness. This enabled me to approach my relationships in an authentic way. My overall all experience with Andrew was positive and has helped me to approach tasks with a better attitude.
