WHAT IS COACHING?

Coaching, in its simplest form, is a conversation between you and a coach where learning and discovery take place. The goal of this conversation, and the conversations that follow, is to help you create a life that you love by learning to clarify, plan and deliver on your life goals and purpose. 

WHEN SHOULD I HIRE A COACH?

People turn to coaching when they are motivated to create positive changes that build on their life goals and purpose. This can include considerations for a new career, beginning a new healthy lifestyle or helping you create stronger, more fulfilling relationships. If you are ready and energized to create change, it’s a good time to reach out to a coach. 

HOW IS COACHING DIFFERENT FROM THERAPY?

A therapist’s goal is to help you process the root issues of trauma or psychological distress that interfere with your daily life, so you can get back to feeling normal again. A coach’s goal is to work with you in the pursuit of your dreams, to take you from normal to the next level – ensuring that your decisions, actions and life vision are in alignment with who you are and what you want.
